Meet The Team

Becky Gagliardi

Director of Admissions

Becky began her work with others as a teenager in community service for O.N.E Guide Dogs of America, and Meals on Wheels. She has been working in the behavioral health field for nearly a decade. Her innate passion for helping others stems from her personal experiences with hopelessness, addiction, trauma, loss, and the power of healing that takes place with intention as the whole family system shifts towards wellness. She has a gift for holding space with hope where there is despair, brings advocacy to client care, transparency with communication, compassion, and reflective listening skills. She affords direction to families and clients who are seeking help in their most vulnerable state.

Becky began her work in the field of addiction in 2014 as a client advocate and intake/outreach coordinator. Ultimately, she has found her calling as a helper rooted in admissions for co-morbid conditions in the field of substance abuse and mental health. Extensive clinical supervision and continuing education has permitted her ability to meet the primary needs of clients with eating disorders, substance use, complex trauma, addiction and chronic mental health conditions. Every family that Becky has touched is met with compassion, knowledge, patience, empathy and direction required to render appropriate placement into treatment.

Becky holds an AA in Liberal Studies and BA in Education and is on track to test for her CADC-I, with completion of all studies, certified through CCAPP. For her own recovery, she became a certified healer in Breathwork for trauma remediation. When Becky isn’t in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, being out in nature, enjoying live music and exploring the oceans as a certified open water scuba diver.
