Brookelyn Hall

Case Management

Brookelyn Hall is the Awakenings’ Admissions Coordinator and Case Manager. Brookelyn’s passion for helping those struggling with mental health and substance abuse began as a teenager. At 16, Brookelyn volunteered at the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) in Jackson, Mississippi supporting and educating families about the impact of mental illness. Brookelyn went on to earn her B.A in Psychology from the University of Mississippi and paralleled her talents into 5 years of case management expertise. By working with teens and adults struggling with mental health issues at UnitedHealthCare, Brookelyn is well versed in the challenges facing people struggling with mental health and substance abuse as well as supporting the people who love them. Brookelyn believes once someone has discovered their potential and purpose, they will feel more confident to create the life they always wanted to live. Brookelyn says, “If we aren’t helping and loving one another, we are wasting our entire existence.” Brookelyn’s goal is to help as many people as possible identify and achieve their purpose in order to live the life they always imagined and never thought possible.
