Meet The Team
Megan received her MS in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from California Lutheran University, where she specialized in trauma healing and recovery. While at CLU, she worked as a research assistant, studying perinatal mood disorders and traumatic birth experiences.
Megan has worked in community and school-based counseling programs serving families and individuals, facilitating groups, and bringing social/emotional education into classrooms.
Prior to entering the mental health field, Megan worked as a creative drama teaching artist, and enjoys bringing creativity, storytelling and imagination into therapy spaces as well.
